The event itself is scheduled as a weekend-long, LSM inter-regional retreat, which takes place during the summer at the beach or mountains. No schedule is provided but there are three small group sessions (Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon, Saturday evening).

Friday and Sunday are kept light in terms of official scheduled events, because many people have to drive long distances and should not have to miss anything. Friday night is spent moving in, getting to know each other, playing games, and opening in prayer and worship.

Saturday can include a service project, time at the beach, evening prayer, and the three small group sessions. Sunday has a worship service and cleaning up the facility. One thing that might be of interest is having a local congregation provide one of the meals. Sunday worship is always done with a local congregation. Attached here is the small group curriculum, but there is also a large group PowerPoint file which goes along with this curriculum.
