The following are yearly retreats that you, as a member of MALSM, are invited to attend! As more information becomes available, it will be listed below, and on the MALSM group on facebook.

Fall Retreat: A Friday to Sunday retreat held somewhere within the MALSM region; consists mainly of worship, fun, and discussion, with a service project.

National Gathering: Usually held from Dec. 28 to Jan. 1. An opportunity to come together with LSMers from all over the country in exotic locations like San Diego or New Orleans. Includes workshops, inspirational speakers, legislative sessions, worship, service, a New Year’s Eve dance, and often silly games.

Social/Service Overnight: Friday to Saturday retreat; On Friday there are small groups, games, and other social activities, while Saturday is an all-day service experience.

Breaking Out Alternative Spring Break: A week of theological reflection, discussion, and service centered around issues such as homelessness, poverty, injustice, and advocacy.

Spring Retreat: Like the fall retreat... but in the spring.

Summer Fun Get-together: Usually a collaborative beach retreat with the Blue Ridge Region, but we have been known to do crazy things like go to Cedar Point. A chance to take time out from grueling summer jobs to relax.
