99-1                 A resolution to support the Jubilee 2000 USA Movement.

99-2                 A resolution to promote quality instruction in Lutheran Day Schools (LDS) and to create awareness of the need for teachers and incentives to encourage students of education to seek employment in LDS.

99-3                 A resolution to call for the removal of the Confederate Flag on the Statehouse of South Carolina; and to call for the removal of any flag or symbol on a government building which represents a defunct government, and is adopted by any persons and/or groups as a symbol of hate.
