AN AMENDMENT TO THE BY-LAWS TO CHANGE THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

BE IT RESOLVED that ARTICLE V - The Executive Committee, item C, now read:

In the absence of the President or in the event of a vacancy in the office of President, the duties and office shall be assumed by the Secretary.
