1988-1 An Amendment to the Constitution to Reflect Changes in the Administrative Structure of the ELCA

WHEREAS the Division of Campus Ministry and Educational Service of the Lutheran Council in the United States of America (LCUSA) is now effectively the Department for Campus Ministry in the Division for Education of the ELCA.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Article VIII—Dissolution, item B, now read:

            In the event of dissolution of all of its regions, all funds, records, and property of LSM-USA shall revert to the care of the Department for Campus Ministry in the Division for Education of the ELCA, or its successor.
