(85-2) AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE IV, SECTION 1, OF THE LSM-USA

CONSTITUTION CONCERNING LEGISLATIVE SUMMARIES

WHEREAS, all legislation received by press time of the pre-assembly packet is included in that packet, and

WHEREAS, authors of legislation summarize their positions at the time that their legislation is considered by the assembly,

THEREFORE, be it amended that #4. “short summary” under section 1B, “Format”, be struck from the section describing resolutions.
