76-1 Resolution for an LSM-USA Historian
WHEREAS a continual record of actions taken by the Lutheran Student Movement in the USA on the resolutions it adopts at its yearly Legislative Assemblies will be valuable to us as a witness to the Lutheran Church bodies, the student population and the world of our commitment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVES:
1. That the LSM-USA Council yearly choose, from among its members or from the LSM-USA staff, on person who will take in the title of historian for the year. His or her responsibilities will include:
a. The collecting, editing and printing of a document outlining actions taken by the LSM-USA on resolutions passed during that year for distribution at the following Legislative Assembly.
b. The distribution of the document to the Presidents of the Lutheran Church bodies, and to other persons, who in the estimation of the historian, are deserving of a copy.
2. That extra copies of the documents be kept at the national LSM-USA office and available to any student by request.
