Be it resolved that, in the coming year, Lutheran Student Movement will conduct a course of action whereby local Lutheran student ministries will be assisted in their attempts to conduct on-going and constructive programs. In pursuit of this course of action, the 1973-1974 LSM Council recommends that a program emphasizing student leadership and student peer ministry be endorsed for the 74-75 school year by the Legislative Assembly. And the Council further suggests that a positive implementation of the preceding ministry objectives would be the planning of up to three leadership training conferences in the coming year—these conference being planned and executed by national LSM and held in different areas of the country at the discretion of the 74-75 Council.
