PERSONS who are MENTALLY ILL and/or MENTALLY RETARDED

Whereas, the LSM is committed to the understanding of people, and

Whereas, the needs of the mentally ill and mentally retarded are always present and a major concern;

Be it resolved, that the LSM National Council be directed to investigate ways in which we can aid in meeting such needs and to make such information available at the local level.
