The Lutheran Student Movement Council recommends to the General Assembly that Mr. Stephen Larson be chosen as the delegate to the World Student Christian Federation Assembly in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia with Kathy Moyer as a fully trained alternate and an on-going participant in the evaluation of our relationship with the W.S.C.F.
