RESOLUTION OF LSM—GENERAL ASSEMBLY

            Whereas:          Issues confronting Christians of today are of a worldwide nature and,

            Whereas:          We are anxious to join in our mission with Christians everywhere and,

Whereas:          To enable the enactment of this certain mission we need communication and affiliation with Christian students throughout the world, and

Whereas:          The Lutheran Student Movement has no present formal ties with other Christian student organizations worldwide,

Therefore be it resolved by the General Assembly of LSM that

                        We request affiliation with the World Student Christian Federation and that we designate the Ecumenical Relations Committee as our agent for communications with WSCF and that a financial commitment to WSCF be included in the LSM budget for 1970-71.
